And it seems it will be possible to import our old european characters.

What i don't get if there will only be the "global service" or if there is a "global" one and the current US one

I believe by "global service" they mean the current DDO: Unlimited, ie. what we usually refer to as "US servers".

Okay you drop everything held, you can’t take actions, you take a -2 penalty to AC, and lose your Dexterity bonus to AC (if any). :p
